C. Prohibited content, you agree not to provide content related to the DLNRG website:

Violation of any domestic or international law or other infringement;

Violation of any policies published on the DLNRG website;

Intended to cause harm, damage, disable or otherwise interfere with the DLNRG website or our partners.

4. Deli Era Monitoring

DLNRG shall have the right (but not the obligation) to independently determine the monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of content, as well as any use and access to DLNRG website, including determining compliance with these terms of use and any other rules that DLNRG may establish from time to time. Any face-to-face appearance will be held at a reasonable and convenient location for both parties, taking into account their travel capabilities and other relevant circumstances. If both parties are unable to reach an agreement on the location, such a decision shall be made by the Jiangxi Arbitration Court or arbitral tribunal. The decision of the arbitrator shall be subject to the terms of these terms of use and shall be final and binding. The arbitrator shall have the right to award temporary, temporary, or permanent injunctive relief or relief to specifically fulfill these terms of use.
